This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on https://podremit.com (the "Pre-Launch Website"). PODremit™ is a product of Sojisphere Solutions LLC. This Policy does not cover sojispheresolutions.com or a future PODremit™ mobile application.

2. What These Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, embedded-content identifiers, and device identifiers. They may deliver pages, support security, remember choices, enable media, manage forms, or measure performance.

Deliver code used for layout, navigation, animation, presentation, and interactive behavior. Their presence does not by itself establish advertising-cookie use.

The reviewed configuration did not show an intentional advertising-pixel or cross-context behavioral-advertising deployment. Cookie names and lifetimes can change when Webflow, Mailchimp, YouTube, content-delivery services, or Website components are updated. This inventory identifies the providers and current purposes rather than guaranteeing that a third party will always use the same cookie name or duration.

Strictly necessary technologies support page delivery, security, network management, and requested functions.
Functional technologies support the waitlist, fonts, layout, navigation, and embedded media.
Analytics technologies measure usage and performance. No standalone analytics platform was identified in the reviewed configuration as of the Effective Date.
Advertising technologies deliver targeted advertising or build advertising profiles. PODremit™ does not intentionally deploy advertising or targeting cookies on the Pre-Launch Website as of the Effective Date.

5. Mailchimp Waitlist

When you submit the waitlist form, the information is transmitted to Mailchimp. Mailchimp may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the form, prevent abuse, manage subscriptions, and measure communications. Do not submit the form if you do not want the entered information sent to Mailchimp.

6. Embedded YouTube Content

A YouTube player is embedded on the Website. Loading or playing the video may allow YouTube or Google to collect technical and interaction information and use cookies or similar technologies. You may avoid interacting with the player or use browser controls to restrict third-party cookies.

7. Your Choices

Use any cookie banner or preference control displayed on the Website to manage the categories it offers.
Use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary or functional technologies may affect Website operation or prevent video and waitlist features from working.
Use device and browser controls for third-party cookies, tracking, and recognized preference signals.
Where applicable law requires prior consent, non-essential cookies must not be activated until the required choice is obtained. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the choice changed.

8. Personal Information

Information collected through these technologies is handled under the PODremit™ Pre-Launch Website Privacy Policy. The Pre-Launch Website does not use cookies to store full payment-card numbers, online-banking credentials, live transaction histories, or customer funds.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy when Website technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised Effective Date will appear above. A separate or revised cookie notice will be required before a live PODremit™ application or transactional service begins.
